IQF Frozen Fruits & Vegetables
Tomix Food’s IQF frozen fruits and vegetables are processed using state-of-the-art Individual Quick Freezing technology designed to lock in freshness immediately after harvesting. Raw materials are selected from certified farms, thoroughly inspected, cleaned, trimmed, sorted, and rapidly frozen at ultra-low temperatures within minutes of preparation.
The IQF process freezes each piece individually rather than in blocks, preventing product adhesion and maintaining natural structure, texture, and appearance. This allows users to portion only what is needed while keeping the remainder in excellent condition, significantly reducing food waste and improving operational efficiency.
Unlike conventional freezing methods, IQF preserves a higher percentage of vitamins, minerals, and original flavor while extending shelf life without preservatives. Our IQF products are widely used in foodservice operations, bakery manufacturing, beverage production, ready-meal factories, and retail distribution.
